"Osmosis" Wallspace invites you to the opening reception for "Osmosis" on Saturday July 25th from 7-10pm. "Osmosis" captures and celebrates the energy and vibrancy of over 50 Los Angeles based artists we represent here at Wallspace. Our annual summer show is the epitome of what Wallspace is about - an amalgam of styles and energies coming together under one roof to be absorbed and celebrated. With new artists and fresh new works, we will be showcasing some of our newer artists joining Wallspace - 21 year old Mexican City born Dennis Miranda with his spray painted, pen, ink and acrylic works; esteemed artist Phillip Vaughan from the UK known for his large scale public works in the UK, plus fellow Englishman Trevor Norris, local Ben Cuevas, known performance artist and knitter with his textile pieces joining Wallspace and with fresh pieces on view from MB Boissonnault, Mateu Velasco, Marz Junior, Kymm Swank, Lori Dorn and Moncho 1929 to name a few. Wallspace is a dynamic gallery on La Brea that shows art in a non-conventional setting. Hung salon style on 14' high walls, the gallery’s aim is to create a floor-to-ceiling visceral experience.
